When women shop in stores, they’re there for the experience. To spend time with their friends, or by themselves. The thrill of the hunt as they search stores, trying to find that perfect outfit for their little ones or the best deal on a bag of diapers. The satisfaction they get when they arrive home and show off the great deals and cute things they bought that day.
When women shop online, they’re typically there for a purpose. They know what they want, but may not have time to go to the mall. As mothers, (especially new ones) this situation is more prevalent. They’re stressed, busy, and don’t have time to go from shop to shop. That’s where MamaGets comes in. To provide busy mothers with an easy to use, centralized place to find the stuff they need… or maybe just the stuff they want. To find the best deal, research a future purchase, or just find some ideas for Christmas, MamaGet’s is there for them.

 

About the Name
MaMaGets is definitely a unique name. I came up with the name by listening to how my wife would talk to our newborn. When she’d drop a pacifier on the floor or zip up her little sleeper, she would say “Don’t worry, Mama Get it”. Shorten that up and you get “MaMaGets”.
It’s a fond memory of the time when my little girls were... well, little. Now, I can share it with the world.
